Chirag Rana is a multidiscipline visual artist specializing in the fine art of photography. Primarily a self taught photographer Chirag has dedicated 18 years of his life to the different aspects of photography. Renowned photographers Henri Cartier-Bresson, Jyoti Bhatt and Raghu Rai have been his inspiration.

Having developed his vision with many well known photographers, Chirag has gained national and international recognition for his work. He has a preference for abstract and candid pictures. Throughout his career, Chirag has focused on creating abstracts compositions which makes viewers think.

An inspirational artist, Chirag, won his first award in 1990. Since then he has continued to pursue an ever increasing standard of achievement and artistic vision by winning prizes in national and international photography competitions. A computer consultant by profession, Chirag’s passion for photography drives his tireless efforts to speak through his chosen medium of artistic expression.
